Delphy's first holiday!

Well after a rather eventful boarding the girls were like little angels on the plane and I felt like a very in control mum! They were so cute sharing a room in their little dormitory at the top of the house and were remarkably well behaved. Saffy discovered a fear of extremely large furry animals (unpopular move) but also decided she loved JoJo rather more energetically than perhaps JoJo was ready for. Delphy just smiled angelically through everything, deciding she needed to be in a high chair to enjoy mealtimes and actually should be eating to enjoy mealtimes! In fact she has taken to it so well now she is back she keeps trying to grab my morning toast/evening pasta/biscuits/crisps/fruit .....well you get the idea.

Uncle Rupe

All hands on deck

With everything being so busy with all the renovations Delphy has decided to pick up the slack and start reading the bedtime stories herself!

It's a bit crowded!

Delphy is itching to move into Saffy's cot. Unfortunately until Saffy's room is ready (hopefully Nov now) she is staying in her cot. Undeterred Delphy is moving in by stealth!

Yes that is Delphy's room and yes that is Saffy's!

Delphine's new wheels

Red and sporty just like her Uncle Roland likes them! The new wheels are a huge success. Of course it is monstrously unwieldy to fold up and put in the car (just as well we have a bus) but on the road it is finger light and very nippy. Saffy thinks it is great and loves being able to prod her little sister 'en route'. Delphine is pretty impressed too and tends to fall asleep in it despite the prodding and expects to be left there.

Delphine is now over her birthweight and if the feeding is anything to go by must be having a growth spurt right now.

Delphine goes to Nursery

Well only to pick up Saffy but it was a big adventure. She also worked out in her gym with Saffy showing her the ropes.

Saffy meets her little sister

Saffy came home from nursery and met her little sister. She is smitten already and very sweet with her. She has given her lots of (well supervised) cuddles and even washed her head. The only problem so far seems to be that if Delphine starts crying Saffy soon follows suit and while there are two of us that's OK I'm not sure what will happen when Phil goes back to work!
